Who are we kidding, all that has been done a million times… no one uses these so called ‘use-cases’. Let’s forget about all these swaps and useless utilities that have absolutely no use cases beside looking cool where developers try to make investors think they’re “competent” (New Flash: they’re not, it takes a few clicks to make your own swap). No one even uses them. No, instead, let’s create something new together.
We get it, how are we any different? Our style is similar to BAYC, but it’s so much more than that. We want our community to become part of this ever so exclusive Bored Ape Yacht Club, so we’ve come up with a way that you, the person that doesn’t have half a million dollars to spend on a image of an Ape, to finally own.. an Ape.

ApeCoin Reflections
We’ve all seen ApeCoin’s rise to success within just a few months. We want to be involved. As a result of our Tokenomics, all holders receive $APE. Simply hold $MINIAYC and reap the rewards. That’s what joining our club gets you.
Raffle
Our Raffle is your opportunity to acquire a BAYC/MAYC. Simple, we collect ETH through taxes and then the DAO allows the community to vote on which Bored or Mutant Ape to buy. Our dApp then utilises a smart contract to choose a $MINIAYC and Mini Ape NFT holder to receive the Bored or Mutant Ape.
Staking
You may be wondering how the contract determines who wins the Ape. Simply put, the more $MINIAYC and Mini Ape NFT’s you stake, the better your chances of winning the Raffle. Not only are you entering to win a Bored or Mutant Ape, but you’re also earning $APE and at a rate dependant on the APR. It’s a win-win.
NFT Inventory
Our dApp will also include an Inventory where you can browse your Mini Apes, trade, sell, purchase, personalise, and more. The DAO/Community will decide how this platform evolves in the future.
NFT Marketplace
We’ll be developing a marketplace for MiniAYC NFT holders. This will soon become a marketplace for all NFTs, not only Mini Apes. This marketplace will support all chains.
The ApeVerse
An exclusive Club that can only be admitted by having a MiniAYC NFT. Holders will be able to purchase yachts, boats and numerous sorts of watercrafts. These will be displayed globally for anyone to view. Yacht owners may also enter their Yacht and personalise it to their liking.
Keep in mind, we’re not selling NFT’s so that we can make a profit and move on. No, we want to change the NFT space once and for all. We’re sick of these quick NFT flips. Mini Apes will be very limited and Legendaries will be auctioned off. The auction money goes straight into the treasury.
Let’s be blunt about something. Why do developers create tokens in the first place? Well obviously to make money. Yeah we understand every token promises ‘transparency’ but how transparent are they really?
This is why we’re making everything public. You can view which Mutant or Bored Apes we have in our possession at any time by checking our ENS Domain miniayc.eth. This ENS Domain will be integrated in the Raffle Smart Contract and will be how the winners will receive their respective Bored/Mutant Apes.
FOR THE COMMUNITY, BY THE COMMUNITY
We’re actually bringing utility to the community that deserves it. Not only do BAYC and MAYC holders get airdropped once this token kicks off, but also the very limited MiniApe Yacht Club holders (our very own NFT’s) will have many benefits – including but not limited to 0% tax on buys and sells, first access to exchanges we’re listed on (you can set the price on these exchanges), actual utility behind the NFT’s. They’re not just your average Ape NFT’s, they’re going to give you an upper hand by giving you more of the share of the pool of ApeCoin Reflections. You also get to choose which BAYC/MAYC NFT we decide to purchase for our DAO.
Sure, everyone gets some ApeCoin just by holding through reflections, but stakers of $MINIAYC and MiniAYC NFT’s get a larger portion. Just hold the token and earn ApeCoin. The more $MiniAYC you hold, the bigger share of the pool you have (more $APE).

THE CLUB
We’re not just creating a new NFT project for you to buy and hope you’ll make money from it, no (even though this can very well be the beginning of a new market of apes), we’re creating this NFT so that you have a chance to join the Bored Ape Yacht Club. I mean who doesn’t want to be part of the Bored Ape Yacht Club with these ridiculously high and rising prices everyday? The cheapest Ape currently costs 100ETH!
The larger our community gets, the more frequent our top holders will have a chance of grabbing a Bored/Mutant Ape. So accumulate $MiniAYC or not, your choice. But we guarantee you we will be showing clear blockchain proof of transfer of funds and will have the winners address the community directly on their winnings.
HOW DO WE RAISE FUNDS?
How do we raise funds to buy these NFT’s you ask? Well it’ll be through our treasury. The only tax we will impose. It will be put aside and displayed on the dApp in a progress bar which will show how far we are from the next BAYC/MAYC NFT we can buy and put through our raffle system!
We don’t want you to just buy these MiniAYC NFT’s and hope you’ll make a profit, they’re going to be very limited and to own one is almost a guarantee you will eventually own a real Bored/Mutant Ape NFT (given you have accumulated enough $MiniAYC and have been staking it).

Launch the token. Holders immediately start earning $APE.
Get the community to settle in whilst we market the project. We’re hoping to have an extensive community and make sure our community owns the largest portion of BAYC/MAYC. Our aim is to grow our ‘Collection’ page.
Release all dApp’s required for this entire process. Users can view their Reflections, check when the next Raffle is, stake their tokens and NFT’s, view their NFT’s etc.
